M Nuance operates a website accessible at m-nuance.com (which allows decorative items to be ordered online), including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). M Nuance is a store powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you access or use the Services, make a purchase or any other transaction, or communicate with us by any other means. In the event of any conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy prevails with regard to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.
The Site is aimed at both consumers and professionals. However, these Terms and Conditions of Sale govern only the sale of Products on the Site to consumers, defined as any natural person of legal age, at least 18 years old or with the authorisation of their legal representative if they are a minor on the date their order is confirmed, acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity (the “Customer(s)”).

The Customer undertakes to read these Terms carefully and to accept them expressly before proceeding to payment for an order of Products placed on the Site.
Acceptance of the Terms can only be full and complete. Any conditional acceptance is considered null and void. A Customer who does not agree to be bound by the Terms may not order Products.
Any order of Products entails express prior acceptance of the Terms.
