4- Why is your personal data collected?
We collect your personal data for all or some of the following main purposes:
• Securing the site;
• Administering the site and improving the quality of service. This processing is necessary for the purposes of the above-mentioned legitimate interest;

8- How long is your personal data kept?
We ensure that your personal data is kept for a period that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as provided for by applicable law.
As a general rule:
• Prospect/customer data is kept, unless you object or request its deletion, for a period of three years from its collection or, if later, from the last contact or the end of the commercial relationship. At the end of this three-year period, we may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue receiving commercial communications. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from you, your data will be deleted or archived in accordance with the provisions in force.
• Bank details are deleted once the transaction has been completed or archived for evidentiary purposes in accordance with the provisions in force. Subject to your express agreement, this data may be kept until the expiry date of the bank card. We never keep your card security code.
• Data relating to identity documents is kept for one year where the right of access, rectification, restriction, deletion or portability is exercised, and for three years where the right to object is exercised.
• Data establishing proof of a right or contract, or kept in compliance with a legal obligation, is archived in accordance with the provisions in force.
• Information relating to the monitoring and recording of telephone conversations for the purpose of improving the quality of Customer Service is kept for the time necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of six months.
• Financial data (payments, refunds) is kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
• Data relating to orders is kept for 5 years from the date of the order.
• Invoices are kept for a period of 10 years.
• Written documents recording the conclusion of a contract relating to goods with a price above 120 euros are kept for 10 years under the conditions of Article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code.
You may request the deletion of this data at any time, except for data whose retention is required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
9- What are your rights concerning your personal data and how can you contact us?
If you provide us with your email address, telephone number or postal address, you may receive periodic mail, calls or messages from us about our products, services or upcoming events. You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by contacting us at the address below or by following the “Unsubscribe” link contained in each of our emails. You can also change your preferences at any time in your account. If you do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone, we remind you that, pursuant to Article L. 223-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may register free of charge on an opposition list against telephone canvassing.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port information concerning you, as well as the right to object to and restrict processing — except for data whose retention is necessary under accounting and tax rules.
