8- How long is your personal data retained?
We ensure that your personal data is retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as required by applicable law.
As a general rule:
• Prospect/customer data is retained, unless you object or request deletion, for a period of three years from the date of collection or, if later, from the last contact or the end of the business relationship. After this three-year period, we may contact you again to see if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from you, your data will be deleted or archived in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Information relating to the monitoring and recording of telephone conversations for the purpose of improving the quality of Customer Service is retained for the period necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of six months.
• Financial data (payments, refunds) is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
• Order data is retained for five years from the order date. • Invoices are kept for a period of 10 years.
• Documents confirming the conclusion of a contract for goods priced over €120 are kept for 10 years under the conditions of Article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code.
You may request the deletion of this data at any time, except for data whose retention is required by accounting and tax law.
